Update on 2021 Ford Bronco

The Bronco’s debut was a bit underwhelming for me. Ford debuted it on three different avenues which I thought was great in the beginning, but in the end, I feel it could have been much better if all their energy had went into one really good debut. I originally tuned into Ford’s YouTube channel, but at one point it started freezing. I thought it was just me or that I had the wrong channel, but others complained about the same in the chat. I then tuned into the debut on ESPN. I don’t think they made a big enough about it; it was more of an afterthought rather than something fans had been waiting on forever. At the time it was suppose to debut, they were still talking about sports. When it finally came up, I excitedly gathered everyone around to watch, only to see a commercial about an Olympian in training, huh? While I’m happy for her, I regretted that I got everyone’s attention for what I thought was about to be a grand debut of the Ford Bronco. It felt like yet another teaser at a time when fans are at the peak of excitement… Furthermore, I don’t think Ford was as prepared for the overwhelming demand and traffic to their website afterwards, as with my card in hand, I was kicked off the site multiple times and was unable to reserve my vehicle. After about 30 minutes of continuous attempts, then 2-3 hours of sporadic tries, my husband and I gave up. … However, with all that said, my thrill for the wild still lives.

The scoop- There’s like seven models and not all are pictured in full so it can get a bit confusing and stressful really quickly if you’re not familiar with off-road vehicles, if you are, you’ll be able to swift through it as I did. For those not familiar, the best way to compare is to hit the “compare models” link/ button following the “Meet the Broncos” page Learn More link. The comparison will lead to a 3 page downloadable PDF file (sorry no pics under this file either). To be honest, the site isn’t all that useful nor offer much clarity in helping customers really see what they’re getting. Please note, as of July 23, the reservations for the “First Edition” Model which is a fully loaded, limited edition (only 3500 being built) is already full (sad face). At least someone got through…
