South of Atlanta Faves (Part 2)
Southside of Atlanta Living
This is part 2 of my favorite dining restaurants on the southside of Atlanta. For Part 1, click here.
El Cacique (McDonough, GA)- Authentic Taste. We haven’t had a bad meal here yet. Favorites: I order the Chicken Enchiladas with Enchilada sauce and Cheese dip in place of shredded cheese. My husband orders the Torta. He loves to try something different each visit.
Santos Taqueria Express (McDonough, GA )- Authentic taste. Offer the real mini street tacos which not many places offer in Henry County, GA. Favorites: Mini Street Tacos, Chicken Tamales
Rock N Roll Sushi ( Stockbridge, GA ) – I personally prefer the Eagles Landing location. I love just about everything I get from here. My repeat order is as follows: Eggrolls, Salmon roll (Fried), Tuna Roll (Fried) and the Rockin’ side of fried rice with chicken added. My hub like the Vegetable and Fried rice Combo which comes with soup and vegetables. The stage drivers (chicken bites) are good as well and ordered when we bring extra people. Drink order is the Hot Green Tea with lemons and Honey.
Southside Chicago’s BBQ – ( McDonough, GA ) – Love everything I order here. It’s in the Barbershop Plaza across from the Walmart Plaza on Exit 218 Favorites: Barbeque Chicken, Italian Beef (Dipped), Jerk Chicken, Macaroni and cheese (temporarily stopped serving during pandemic), Barbeque Baked beans (Made with either beef or turkey meat- delicious)
Gabinos Mexican Restaurant ( Locust Grove, GA )
