Simple Table Tray Decor
Hi, friends! Today I’m going to be showing you guys how I styled my table tray. I wanted my tray to be simple yet classy. It was previously styled with the candle and vase, but it still looked incomplete. I removed everything from the tray and started over. I replaced the smaller candles with a larger one. I wanted something with glass to complement the glass on the gold candle holder, so I added a glass votive and filled it with flowers in place of scented incense.
I placed books on the table next to the tray. I used the books my husband and I are actually reading which were suggested by my husband’s friend and co-worker. They are all very good reads. The titles are As A Man Thinketh by James Allen, Understanding the Power of Men, and Understanding the power of Women both by Dr. Myles Munroe.
Here is the final look. To make it look fuller without being junky, I simply added a dried hydrangea which worked like a charm. I also spread mini rose roses on the tray, they look skimpy here, but I’ve since added more mini roses. I plan to add another dried hydrangea on the other side. In a few months, I will probably change it again just to have a little fun and experiment with it.
It’s not a huge difference but it now looks a bit fuller and complete. What do you think?
