Have You Tried It? ~
With family visiting for the holidays, today’s item may come as a clutch for reducing your time in the kitchen. I recently tried Great American’s cobbler and I am impressed. It comes in three flavors: Apple, Blueberry, and peach. It’s made with real butter and pure cane sugar. As stated on the package, the crumble is indeed sweet and buttery. If you’re not a fan of the popular trending quick cake batter cobbler recipes, then you may not like this. I prepared it as the directions except I moved the cobbler every 15-20 minutes to a different oven rack starting with the middle rack. I would give this 5/5 stars, but it needed more apples which also got a little too soft during baking (and this is coming from someone who eats cobblers strictly for the crust so to ask for more apples is saying alot). The peach cobbler lacked flavor; it was not as spiced up as their apple cobbler. I haven’t tried out the blueberry cobbler. Because of the inconsistency, I give this a 3.75/5 stars, but like I said, it can work in a clutch. If you try or have tried any of these, tell me in the comments what you think.
