FPM~ My Fall Planting
Flower Power Monday Week 12
Last week, I was finally able to get my bulbs in the ground for Spring of next year. I planted tulips and Persian blue, Purple Sensation, and Gladiator alliums. I also planted seeds of poppies, holly hocks, and baby breath. I like planting some bulbs in the ground and some in pots to decorate different areas. As you can see, the tulips on the package look a bit different from most tulips as they resemble the peony flower which I love. They’re also much taller than the common tulip; these grow to a height of 2 feet which makes them perfect for cutting to add to vases.
Here’s pictures of tulips I planted last year but came up in March of this year.
