To answer the question, yes, they did turn dusty pink. Some of the blooms burned before they got a chance to change colors, but overall it was as stated on the package. As stated in my other post, I was a little disappointed at first, but after seeing them in a vase and their versatileness in an arrangement, I’m now very happy with my purchase. As promised, I’ve also included the updated peegee hydrangea packaging. I purchased the one to the left which had me thinking I was buying one blue hydrangea and one pink hydrangea. The updated package prompts buyers to actually read the package because it looks different from most hydranngeas on the market. Remember, the actual plant is white not sure why that isn’t pictured, but oh well…
