Decorating with Flowers from Your Garden

Updated Post from August of 2020

If you’ve recently started gardening, then you know the big difference a few flowers can make in the overall look of the exterior of your home. You should consider taking it to the next level and use your garden flowers to beautify your home’s interior as well. Flowers are a very cheap way to decorate and make a room pop for much less than expensive home decor and faux flowers sold in stores especially since most seed packets are priced less than $2. I purchased most of my vases for less than $1.50 in stores like Ikea and Target.

Each spring season, just be sure to purchase flowers and seeds in colors that goes well with the color scheme of the interior of your home. Don’t be afraid to use existing flowering trees from your yard as well. Those flowers are normally larger and work great for larger areas in the home. View pictures of flowers from my garden that I used to decorate my home. It’s a lot of fun being able to switch up every few days without having to buy anything or go anywhere except right outside to your garden.
